The Solar Panels LA Project for a Self Sustaining Society
Every household has heat and electricity required. Hot water, electricity and gas are some of the basic necessities that cannot be ignored. They could be used for comfort, cooking food or for running different appliances. In order to fulfill such demands, excessive amounts of oil, gas and coal are being burnt that lead to accelerated depletion of resources while hurting the environment simultaneously. The world has to be prepared with an alternative before such resources run out as it would lead to major catastrophes otherwise. Solar panels for heat and electricity generation are the answer to this problem. One of the most interesting factors about solar energy is that it does not have to be produced at a central location from where it gets distributed. Instead, one could install it on location and continue getting the benefits for decades. The state of California has introduced an environmental protection and energy generation program in Los Angeles which is called solar panels LA. Upon completion, the aim of the project is to fulfill the energy needs of 35,000 households. With residents participating enthusiastically in such projects, an independent and self sustaining society would be on its way.
